Transcoder

Done some work trying to get transcoder to work with Matrox DV25, but it seems to crash if you don't specify a size, and if you do it just produces crap

This morning I have not done alot. Keep getting distracted with little jobs, which turn out to be not so little.

1. Trying to get imagen to compile in vs 2005, as it seems to have got broken, so trying to find out when it got broke and fix it
